DMCA Policy
Classical Hall respects the intellectual property rights of others. We are committed to publishing original content about classic furniture, timeless design, and elegant interiors. We expect our users and contributors to uphold the same standards.
Our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners who believe their material appearing on classicalhall.org infringes their rights. This policy also details how users may respond to an infringement claim.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on classicalhall.org infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all of the following information to be valid:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification Process
If your content has been removed from classicalhall.org due to a copyright infringement notice, you may submit a counter-notification. This allows us to restore the content if there was a mistake or misidentification.
Your counter-notification must include the following elements:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Classical Hall may be found). You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Submit your counter-notification to [email protected]. We will forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party. If they do not file a court action seeking an order against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Classical Hall maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We will terminate user accounts that are identified as repeat copyright infringers. This determination is made at our sole discretion.
Classical Hall reserves the right to remove content at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
